How to apply

Send your request to the data controller's registered email, registered electronic address (KEP) if available, or postal address with identity verification.

What to include

• Full name and signature
• National ID or passport for foreign nationals
• Contact address, email and phone
• Clear description of your request

Response time

Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. A fee under the Board tariff may apply if the request incurs separate cost (KVKK Art. 13).

Applications via representative

If applying on behalf of another person, identity and authority documents and a notarised power of attorney may be required.

Refusal and limited response

Requests may be refused with reasons if identity cannot be verified, the request is unclear, repetitive, abusive or contrary to law. Fees may apply under the Board tariff where permitted.

Complaint to the KVKK Board

If you are not satisfied with our response or receive no timely reply, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.kvkk.gov.tr) under KVKK Art. 14.
